Plt Komisaris Utama
Graduated from IAIN Sunan Ampel, Surabaya. Has been Commissioner since 2022. Previously held roles include Government Relations and Security Coordinator, Public Relations Staff, and Associate Researcher. He also has a diverse career background, including roles at PT. Energi Mineral Langgeng and contributions to research organizations, showcasing their valuable experience and commitment.
Sonny Magranta Silaban
Commissioner
Mr. Sonny is an alumnus of the Physics program at the University of Indonesia, currently serving as a commissioner at PT Krakatau Sarana Infrastruktur. Previously, he has held key positions such as Director of Operations at PT. Raksi Gahara Sakti. In addition, Mr. Sonny also has various organizational experiences, such as being a member of the Alumni Association of Electronic Instruments at UI. He possesses extensive experience, connections, and expertise.
Thomas Albert Pantouw
Commissioner
With an MBA from California State University Monterey Bay, he now serves as Commissioner at PT. Krakatau Sarana Infrastruktur. Previously, Mr Thomas also held the position of Assistant to the Ambassador at the Embassy of Indonesia Washington DC. His extraordinary track record includes various important roles such as Commissioner at Bank Banten and Aetra Air Jakarta, Assistant to the Chairman at Kadin Indonesia, and various other important positions. This shows his skill and strategic acumen.

Introducing our reliable leader, Mr. Dazul Herman who has a bachelor's degree in Accounting Economics from Andalas University. Appointed as President Director, he brings a wealth of experience, including positions as Commercial and Business Development Director of PT Krakatau Bandar Samudera, President Director of PT Krakatau Sarana Properti and various other roles, which demonstrate his extensive expertise and dedication to the progress and development of Krakatau Steel and Group.
Shirley Shinta
HC dan Finance Director
Holds a Bachelors degree in Financial Economics from the University of Indonesia. Currently serves as Director of HR and Finance since 2023. Previously served in several financial positions. This position has the responsibility of managing and ensuring that all of the companys financial activities run smoothly in order to support the companys operations both long and short terms. Likewise with the responsibility to lead HR activities, by directing the growth of the organizational structure and workforce, as well as optimizing work professionalism through HR development programs.
Rachman Hidayat
Business Development Director
Earning a Master of Notary degree from Pelita Harapan University and a Bachelor of Economic Law from Padjadjaran University, Mr. Rachman Hidayat currently serves as Director of Business Development since 2025. He has various backgrounds, especially in the legal field with the position of Vice President of Legal Office of PT Krakatau Steel (Persero) Tbk. With his background and high dedication, he is responsible for controlling the company's long-term plans and development strategies.
PT KIEC changed its legal name to PT KSI.

Formerly known as PT Krakatau Industrial Estate Cilegon, PT Krakatau Sarana Infrastruktur emerged as a company in the realm of industrial, commercial, and residential areas.
Under the name of PT KIEC, was appointed as a subholding company, overseeing a group of 6 subsidiaries; PT KBS, PT KTI, PT KCE, PT KSP, PT KJI, and PT KIT.
PT KSI and PT KSP entered a Cooperation Agreement, making PT KSI a non-operational subholding overseeing all business units.
PT KSI successfully raised Rp 1 trillion in investment funds to acquire land from PT KS through PT SMI.
PT KSI divested 70% of its shares in PT KCE and 49% of its shares in PT KTI, with a total sales value of Rp 3.24 trillion.
